  • 1967, at USAF Base Kadena, Okinawa: Dave Geddes, Hugh Francis, Pete Hughan, John Cotton and two USAF F-104 pilots
  • 1972, Dacca, Bangaladesh Relief Mission:  Dave Hill, Frank Dimond, self and Minister of Relief & Rehab.

  • 1975, South Vietnam: Last days at Saigon Airport with 41 Squadron RNZAF crewmembers.

  • 1979, San Antonio USA: Self with senior officers of the Royal Thai Air Force

  • 1983, Nepal: A trail birthday on the Annapurna Circuit Trek
